A one to one motivational exercise program designed to fit around you. This will be based on your personal goals and your likes and dislikes, which we would discuss in your FREE Consultation

What to expect from your training sessions?
Each session is 60 minutes. This is to include, a warm up, cardiovascular workout, resistance work, cool down and stretch. Regular Physical Assessments that can include BMI, fat percentage testing, and various other measurements

Where does training take place?
Training can be done either at your home, office or location of your choice; we provide all the necessary equipment. We also have access to the exclusive The King's Club
