FREE Consultation (30-45mins)
This is a one to one informal chat, where you will discuss your goals and get to know your trainer. Discuss how many times a week and what type of training would be suitable. This is just a verbal analysis, so don’t worry we won’t be pulling out a measuring
tape.

Pay as you go
Unsure if personal training is for? Try a one off training session this will include a full physical assessment. With pay as you go there is no commitment and great flexibility to train when you feel you need a boost. Ideal if you have a work schedule that changes weekly.

5 Session Kick Start
The Kick Start package is ideal if you are just getting back into training or you are new to the concept of personal training. You are given 6 weeks to complete all 5 sessions, the reason for this, is that in order to see and feel a difference your training must be continuous. Includes x 2 Physical Assessments.

Block of 10 Sessions
We want to reward you for your commitment, you can have piece of mind that you are investing into your future and saving a few pounds on the way. There are no time restrictions, but full payment is required.

Train with a friend
Training with a friend can be fun and motivating, you will also benefit from sharing the cost. To maximize your results we recommend training with a friend of equal fitness level.
