Summer Boot Camp

Sessions take place in the great outdoors in and around our local parks. Each class is 45minutes in duration and includes a group warm up, cool down and stretch. Each week the sessions will vary, this will include running based circuit training, drills either as a group or in partners, strength and endurance work.

ALL fitness levels welcome, male and female, all we ask for is commitment and we will provide the motivation!

Bootcamp runs every Tuesday 6.45-7.30pm.
Between May and September.

Cost: £5.00 per session - no membership fees
